Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of angellifts.co.uk and the engineering services provided by Angel Lifts Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Service-specific terms in a signed contract take precedence where they conflict.

2. Website use

Content is provided for general information. We make no warranty that information is complete or current. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer or copy substantial portions of the site without written permission.

3. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to a site survey. Quoted prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated.

4. Service delivery

Maintenance contracts run for the term agreed in the signed schedule. Either party may terminate with 90 days' written notice. Statutory examinations are conducted independently and reports are issued within 48 hours.

5. Payment

Invoices are due within 30 days. Statutory interest applies to late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Our total liability for any other claim is capped at the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, marks and downloadable checklists remain the property of Angel Lifts Ltd. Checklists may be printed and used internally, but not redistributed for commercial purposes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
