Common questions

How often should a lift be serviced?

Most commercial lifts require service visits every 1–3 months depending on usage. We will recommend the right frequency after a free initial site survey.

Do you maintain lifts you didn't install?

Yes. We service all major OEM brands including Otis, Kone, Schindler, Thyssenkrupp, Stannah and Orona.

What happens if a fault is found during a visit?

Minor faults are corrected on the spot. Any larger repair is quoted in writing within 24 hours — never auto-actioned without your approval.
